No flickering and no dimming, even when the battery voltage drops towards the end of the run. Installation is easy: the main plug from the power amplifier goes into the Power Port on the VXL-8s, and the individual light modules plug into the amplifier. The wires are colour-coded and tucked out of the way, and a breakaway cable makes sure nothing is damaged when you take the body off. All mounting hardware is in the box.
