The EMO X6 is the latest evolution in CROSSRC's acclaimed EMO X series of 1/8 scale crawlers. After three years of development and experience from seven earlier models, the EMO X6 Big Hippo 4X4 offers an even stronger configuration and improved performance that once again sets the standard for hardcore climbing.

The model has a self-balancing slipper unit that is easy to take apart and reduces motor noise while improving the durability of the large gears. On top of that come new purpose-built climbing tyres, optimised for rock, sand, mud and other varied terrain through testing and fine-tuning by experienced drivers.

The EMO X6 is built around a hardcore layout with a low centre of gravity, a two-speed metal gearbox and reinforced portal axles that give a good balance between torque and stability. The large battery compartment is designed to take more powerful batteries for longer run times. The chassis is professionally designed with optimised axle geometry, link layout and a protection system for the steering servo, so the car stays stable even in extreme terrain.

Quality materials are used throughout, including metal gears, strong driveshafts in special steel and ABEC3 bearings combined with hard-wearing nylon, ensuring both shock absorption and reliability. Practical details such as a quick-release body latch, integrated lighting, a tow hook and a removable luggage box make the EMO X6 a user-friendly and versatile companion for exploring demanding terrain.
