Cancel your purchase

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases made in our online shop. The period runs from the day you receive the item. Fill in the form below and we will process your request as quickly as possible.

Fill in the withdrawal form

When you click the button, you submit a request to withdraw from your purchase. You will immediately receive a receipt by e-mail with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time of submission. The receipt confirms that we have received your notice of withdrawal.

Your rights

  • 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item
  • The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity
  • Refunds are made no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice (we may wait until the item is back)
  • You pay the return shipping. Contact us for the price of a return label from your country
