Kyosho Fazer FZ02 Dodge Challenger SRT 2015 Blue 1:10 Readyset

The American muscle car legend Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is recreated as a beautifully detailed, high-quality body mounted on Kyosho's proven FAZER chassis. The combination of the beautifully reproduced body and a thoroughly redesigned touring car chassis delivers pure R/C driving pleasure. The chassis is a further development of Kyosho's standard touring chassis, where a simplified design with fewer parts has improved maintenance and reduced weight, while new materials plus ribs and reinforcements front and rear have increased strength and stiffness.

The symmetrical chassis design ensures good front-to-rear balance and responsive steering regardless of power source. With front and rear differentials, oil shock absorbers and a full ball bearing set, it achieves high durability and impact resistance, so the chassis's full potential can be used. Brake disc wheel hubs with two different offsets (0mm and +5mm) make the chassis compatible with both 190mm and 200mm wide bodies, and the wheelbase can be adjusted to 260mm by replacing a few parts (sold separately), so it also suits other 1/10 body styles.

The Readyset package is factory-assembled and comes ready to run – all that is missing is batteries for the transmitter and a battery and charger for the chassis. The model is fitted with the waterproof KS202W steering servo, sealed differential and gearbox for reliable performance even on dusty surfaces, and a shaft-driven full-time 4WD touring chassis design (FZ02). Details such as a chrome dummy brake disc and painted brake calliper add to the visual scale realism.

The chassis uses hex bolts, which give reliable tightening torque and allow maintenance with fewer tools. The motor mount has mounting holes matched to the pinion gear, so fiddly backlash adjustment is avoided – pinions from 29T to 37T are supported. Improve the steering further with various optional parts. The low centre of gravity design with a hidden upper deck includes a cover for the speed controller and receiver, plus a one-piece gearbox in lightweight, impact-resistant nylon that optimises chassis stiffness and strength while keeping the weight down.

The front and rear suspension is optimised for bump steer and scrub radius, and simple ball-joint steering ensures reliable steering response. Interchangeable front and rear suspension arms make better use of spare parts and improve maintenance. The newly developed oil shock absorbers are an evolutionary step up from previous models, with optimal geometry for both easy handling and precise control. The standard gearing is 68T/32T, but up to 9 different pinion settings from 29T to 37T give a wide choice of gear ratios. Original low-profile semi-slick tyres give superior performance, and the model comes with the powerful 550-size 14T brushed motor (G14L) with a steel ring around the motor can and built-in cooling fan for efficient torque and high speed. The front grille is compatible with the separately sold 97054 LED light set, which can be installed for even more scale realism.
