The Kyosho Inferno NEO 4.0 is a powerful 1:8 racing buggy that suits both beginners and experienced speed enthusiasts perfectly. The model is based on the legendary Inferno series, world-famous for its racing results, including world championship wins. As a Readyset, the car comes with a factory-assembled chassis, installed engine, R/C system and a pre-painted body – ready to run as soon as batteries are fitted in the transmitter and chassis and the tank is filled with fuel.

To make it easier for beginners to get started, the tricky engine break-in process has been simplified with a break-in ring that removes the need to adjust the needles. The easy-starting KE21SP engine with pull starter makes it simple for newcomers to GP models to get going, while still delivering the characteristic engine sound and acceleration you expect from a GP model.

The car shares its body with the electric Inferno NEO 4.0 VE and comes in an original colour scheme that gives both good aerodynamics and a great look. The chassis has a shaft-driven 4WD system with three differentials (front, rear and centre), which gives stable handling even on loose surfaces. Universal swing shafts provide efficient and reliable power transfer to the front wheels, while dual disc brakes deliver powerful braking.

The steering and throttle servos are the strong KS5071-09MW metal-gear servos from the previous model, which give reliable control even in demanding off-road conditions. The special radio box protects the receiver from dirt and dust, and the receiver has a fail-safe function that prevents problems if the signal is lost. The transmitter system is a 2.4GHz Syncro KT-231P+ with adjustable steering trim, throttle trim and servo travel – easily set with a simple turn of the dial.
