Versatile and powerful trainer with STOL capabilities

The Beaver V2 is a remarkably versatile plane that weighs only 3,800 g yet delivers over 5,000 g of thrust. It is just as good as a trainer with predictable flight characteristics as it is as a weekend flyer with impressive STOL capabilities (short take-off and landing). Surprisingly, the Beaver V2 is also an aerobatic powerhouse that can almost hover if you ask it to.

The plane has realistic ailerons and flaps in the cambered wing, giving excellent slow-flight characteristics. Landing lights, navigation lights and working strobes add authentic realism. The Beaver V2 can be fitted with optional floats or a glider tow release, which further increases its already impressive versatility. Despite the large wingspan, the plane is designed with a quick-release connector system on the wings and fuselage, which makes transport simple. The Beaver V2 builds on the success of the original Beaver design and includes upgrades such as clear cabin windows, improved landing gear with ball bearings and servo connectors integrated into the floats.
