The full-scale OV-10 Bronco was one of the most versatile military aircraft and was used as a light attack and observation platform. Faster than a helicopter, yet more manoeuvrable than a jet, the Bronco combined the best of both worlds and offered a range of tactical advantages. The aircraft served in the final years of the Vietnam War and flew combat missions during Operation Desert Storm.

As a rarely modelled warbird, the Hangar 9 OV-10 Bronco offers impressive scale details and a unique flying experience as a twin-engined aircraft. Hangar 9 proudly presents this modern warbird in a complete ARF format for the giant-scale RC pilot.

With an impressive 108" wingspan, the OV-10 Bronco is one of the largest warbirds ever produced and gives a fantastic giant-scale experience with adventurous capability. The model is built with laser-cut, lightweight balsa and plywood construction, resulting in a durable scale model built to high standards. The three-piece plug-in wing with landing gear support in the centre section makes transport and field assembly easy.

The OV-10 Bronco is designed to accept 30-35cc petrol engines as well as electric power, and complete mounting hardware is included, making installation of the power system quick and simple. The large centre fuselage allows almost any battery combination to be fitted. The recommended Hangar 9 electric retract system (sold separately) with shock-absorbing scale legs adds an extra layer of realism to the flying experience.
