RC Merkava Tank - A Faithful Replica of a Legendary Military Vehicle

Experience an authentic model of the Merkava tank, which was created in response to the needs of the Israel Defense Forces. Development of the Merkava officially began in the early 1970s with the main goal of designing a state-of-the-art tank that protects the crew, delivers high firepower and meets the challenges of the modern battlefield. The latest model, the Merkava IV, has been in service with the Israel Defense Forces since 2003.

Key features

The detailed RC Merkava tank measures approx. 565x240x200 mm (LxWxH) and impresses with the HengLong BB+IR Edition, which is equipped with 2.4 GHz circuit technology and an integrated speaker. Various accessories, such as matching stickers, complete this model, which is true to its 1:16 scale.

Control and Functions

This powerful model comes with a 2.4 GHz remote control and receiver. The strong motors with optimised torque give the Merkava precise and smooth steering. Steel gears with a sturdy design and an improved gear ratio deliver more power. The proportional control lets you start the tank very slowly and increase the speed gradually. The Merkava can move forwards and backwards and turn left and right. It can also turn on the spot. You can raise and lower the gun and rotate the turret 320 degrees (160 degrees to each side). Various engine sounds and smoke from the silencers complete the realistic experience.
