RC Tiger I Tank – Torro Hobby Edition

The RC Tiger I tank is a fascinating model for the demanding modeller and offers a range of great features. Weighing around six kilograms including accessories and measuring approx. 530x230x190 mm (LxWxH), it impresses with its authentic design and precision. The Torro Hobby Edition delivers advanced 2.4 GHz electronics with a built-in speaker for a realistic sound experience. Thanks to its robust construction and weight, this model offers excellent driving characteristics, especially off-road.

Control and functions

The Tiger I tank comes with a powerful 2.4 GHz transmitter and receiver, plus the innovative IR battle system that allows interactive battles with other vehicles in the series. Its strong motors with optimised torque ensure precise and smooth control. Metal gears with a robust gear train and improved gearing give extra power. The proportional control allows a slow start and smooth changes in speed, and the tank can manoeuvre forwards and backwards, turn left and right, and rotate around its own axis. The turret can rotate 320 degrees (160 degrees each way), while the gun can be raised and lowered. Realistic engine sounds, recoil when firing, muzzle flashes and exhaust smoke create an authentic experience.
