The EMO XX Stegosaurus is part of Cross RC’s Dinosaur Series – a massive 1/6 climbing car that is literally built like a prehistoric giant. The car is over 80 cm long and weighs 13 kg, and every detail – from the powerful body to the flexible movement in the "waist" – is designed to give both strength and agility on even the most demanding terrain.

The skeleton is built around steel beams and imported nylon. The chassis is reinforced with thick steel plates formed by hundred-tonne stamping, while the axles, cross beams and connecting parts are made from a specially formulated nylon that gives a good balance between strength and flexibility in the chassis. The reversed transmission in the front and rear axle structure, combined with precise steering angles, ensures stable and easy handling even at high speed.

The suspension uses a three-link system with a lateral push rod at the front and a four-link system with a balance bar at the rear – with link diameters up to 10 mm for extra strength. The 26 mm CNC-machined aluminium shock absorbers have adjustable preload and up to 40 mm of travel, giving the car both solid support and a very agile character. Heavy-duty ball joints in a special material combine stiffness and flexibility for maximum robustness.

This Rally Brushless version comes with a Hobbywing EzRun MAX6 combo and an SL4985 Kv1650 brushless motor for strong and sustained performance. Steering is handled by a powerful 70KG high-voltage servo, while three 25KG high-voltage servos control the differential locks and gear shifting. The car is fitted with a synchronised LED light system with strobe function and a DumboRC X6 6-channel 2.4GHz transmitter.
