Traxxas Slash 2WD RTR short course truck – Blue-X with battery and charger

The Slash 2WD is built for jumps and full throttle through the corners. Rear-wheel drive makes it fun and a little lively to drive, and with the included 7-cell battery it reaches approx. 48 km/h. Track or back garden? It does not mind. This Blue-X version comes with Traxxas' new Extreme Heavy Duty parts: rear axle carriers, C-hubs and steering blocks are reinforced with more material and a stronger design, so they can take the landings that would otherwise cost you spare parts. The suspension is fully adjustable and track-ready.

And then there is the clipless body. Say goodbye to body clips that disappear in the grass! A hidden latch system with strong latches grips the body tightly, and you release it in seconds when you need to get to the chassis. Large reinforced panels sit where the clip holes used to be, so the body does not get torn apart. Clever!

Is it ready to run out of the box? YES! Battery and charger are included: an 8.4 V 3000 mAh Traxxas Power Cell NiMH pack and an approx. 45 watt USB-C charger with iD technology that charges quickly at 4 A. Skill level 1 means that both you and the kids can pick up the transmitter without reading the manual three times. At Hobbyviking we are quite taken with the Slash 2WD – it can take a lot, and it is fun from the very first run.
