Most parents have had a toy like this in their own hands. It is nostalgia and a classic toy that never goes out of fashion. 

The happy little spinning head is lifted by an enclosed propeller with a circumference of 12.5 cm. It is launched from the holder and can fly quite high (depending on conditions, of course) - and because the head is shaped like the tip of a spinning top at the bottom, it keeps spinning when it lands, as long as the surface is smooth enough.
