Kyosho Mini-Z MR04 RWD Jaguar XJR-14 Monza 1991 No.3 Readyset (W-LM/KT531P)

Experience high-performance R/C racing straight out of the box with this Mini-Z Readyset from Kyosho. The model is built on the latest MR-04 chassis, which, as the fourth generation of the Mini-Z chassis, replaces the earlier MR-03 and offers a lower centre of gravity, redesigned steering and an improved driving experience. The small scale makes the car ideal for indoor driving and perfect for both new and experienced R/C enthusiasts.

The car is equipped with a factory-assembled chassis, a proven 130-class brushed motor and the reliable Syncro KT-531P pistol-grip transmitter. The body is painted and fitted with display-model-quality stickers, so the car looks great and authentic – in this case as the Jaguar XJR-14 No.3 from Monza 1991. Please note that the separately sold LED light kit (MZW429R) cannot be fitted to this body version.

The new MR-04 chassis offers a gear differential for smooth cornering, full ball bearing specification and optimised spring suspension with a T-bar at the rear, giving an effective suspension stroke. The front suspension dynamically adjusts the camber angle according to the movement of the upper arm, ensuring optimal tyre contact through corners, while a revised caster angle gives better steering response. The chassis is also compatible with a wide range of Mini-Z option parts, so you can tune and upgrade the car as needed – including an optional gyro unit (MZW711), whose sensitivity can be adjusted via a volume knob on the chassis.

The Syncro KT-531P transmitter has a wheel that mimics the steering of a real car, plus a pistol-grip throttle trigger. The neutral position for steering and throttle can be fine-tuned with trim, and the steering angle can be set with dual rate. The transmitter also has a training mode with reduced speed, which is the default setting on delivery.
