BSI Mid-Cure 15 min. epoxy – 128 g

Do you need to glue large surfaces or slightly more complex joints? Then Mid-Cure 15 min. gives you the extra working time you need. It is a two-part hobby adhesive where resin and hardener are mixed in equal parts to form a very strong bond that resists most chemicals.

Mid-Cure is the most flexible of BSI's epoxies and handles moisture better than Quik-Cure 5 min. That makes it the obvious choice when you need to bond parts to fibreglass – e.g. hardwood to fibreglass – and for joints exposed to a lot of vibration or heavy loads.

Specifications

• Contents: 128 g (4 1/2 oz)
• Working time: approx. 10 minutes – the bond starts to take hold after approx. 15 minutes
• Can be handled: after 45 minutes
• Full strength: after two hours (fully cured after 2-3 hours)
• Application temperature: above 65 °F
• Suitable for: Balsa, softwood, hardwood (best), glass and metal, fibreglass, hard plastic, rubber, white foam, laminating, reinforcing and water-resistant joints

Note: The adhesive bonds best to clean, rough surfaces – sand smooth, non-porous surfaces with coarse sandpaper first. Uncured epoxy is best removed with acetone or isopropyl alcohol.

Note: Contains epoxy resin and polyamine resin and may cause skin irritation. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. Do not swallow. Use good ventilation and keep the product out of the reach of children.
