The Bugatti Type 35 is among the most iconic and significant cars in motorsport history. A masterpiece by Ettore Bugatti, it represents a unique blend of engineering expertise, design, elegance, lightness and speed. It was produced in the 1920s and achieved an extraordinary number of victories in both road and circuit racing. Specially designed for the racing world, it featured technical and mechanical solutions that made it ideal for the circuits of its era. Among its notable triumphs are the 1928 Targa Florio and the 1930 Monaco Grand Prix. From an aesthetic perspective, it was characterised by its unmistakable horseshoe-shaped radiator grille, a signature of the Bugatti brand. Powered by an 8-cylinder 2,263 cc engine paired with a 4-speed manual gearbox and fitted with a supercharger, the Bugatti Type 35 was capable of reaching a top speed of 210 km/h.
