Description

The Mi-24 military helicopter entered service with the Soviet armed forces in the early 1970s. It was known for its distinctive and easily recognisable design and was fitted with substantial firepower. Its rugged airframe and heavy armour gave the Mi-24 a prominent role within the military forces of the Eastern Bloc countries, and it was deployed in numerous theatres of operation. Over time, the Mi-24 has undergone continuous upgrades to its weapon systems and onboard avionics. Among the various versions produced, the Mi-24P "Hind-F" was fitted with a powerful, fixed twin-barrel 30 mm cannon mounted on the starboard side of the fuselage. The latest variant is the Mi-35P, which has been in production since 2020.

The finished model measures 29.7 cm.
