1:72 Complete modeling set F-16 C/D Night Falcon

The F-16 Fighting Falcon, produced by the American company General Dynamics since the late ’70s, is a true icon in the history of military aviation. It was originally developed to meet the US Air Force's need for a modern and effective single-seat day fighter. However, the project gradually evolved into an all-weather multirole aircraft capable of extraordinary operational flexibility. The F-16 is characterised by an original design that is easily recognised by its frameless bubble canopy, which guarantees excellent visibility for the pilot.

The F-16 adopted innovative solutions such as the side-mounted control stick, a "fly-by-wire" control system and modern avionics to improve flight and combat performance. The "Fighting Falcon" is valued by pilots for its great manoeuvrability and reliability and is armed with an internal 20 mm M61 Vulcan cannon. Thanks to its hardpoints and their placement, it can carry a wide range of offensive weapons such as missiles and bombs. The F-16 has been adopted by a great many air forces around the world and used, often with great effectiveness, in several operational theatres.
