Description

Model kit of the impressive Swedish ship Vasa. The ship was built in 1625 as a flagship but sank in 1628 on her maiden voyage. She was raised in 1961 and is now on display at the Vasa Museum in Stockholm. The 69-metre-long ship with 72 guns impresses with intricate decoration and a rich history.

The ship has a detailed hull with many structures and decorations - decks with wood-grain structure and hatches - a richly decorated stern with numerous sculptures.
