The Dodge WC56 is now back in a new version.

The Dodge WC series of military transport vehicles was produced mainly by American industry during the Second World War. The development of the WC 51-52 series aimed to create a light, four-wheel-drive "utility vehicle", characterised by great reliability and flexibility in any environment and further reinforced by a good payload. The Dodge vehicle development project was extremely successful, and together with the famous ¼-ton "Jeep" Willys, the Dodge WC ¾-ton "Beep" was the most-produced vehicle by American arms factories in the Second World War, contributing significantly to the logistical needs of the US Army on its various fronts. The Dodge vehicle, with its good payload of almost 700 kg, could be enhanced by using rear
trailers and was produced in several versions and with various fittings, including flatbed, open cab, troop transport, and ammunition and weapons transport. The WC-56 version was specifically dedicated to communications and staff-transport duties.

The finished model measures 12 cm.
