Tamiya PS-5 – Spray paint for Lexan bodyshells

Tamiya PS-5 is a specially developed polycarbonate spray paint for clear Lexan bodyshells on remote-controlled cars. The paint is applied to the inside of the bodyshell, so the finished surface is protected by the Lexan material itself.

The spray can contains 100 ml of paint, which is intended as a suitable amount for a complete RC bodyshell. When applying, it is recommended to hold the can about 30 cm from the surface and to apply further coats as needed once the previous coat has cured. The paint is resistant to oil and fuel and can therefore also be used on bodyshells for fuel-powered RC models.

Please note: Tamiya PS paint is intended for polycarbonate/Lexan and must not be used on ordinary plastic model kits.
