High-performance brushless system

The Velineon VXL-3s™ motor delivers uncompromising performance, efficiency and control. Combined with a 3s LiPo battery, the Slash VXL reaches over 96 km/h with lightning-fast response – just what you expect from Traxxas.

Magnum 272R gearbox

The reinforced Magnum 272R transmission is built to handle the massive torque from the brushless motor. With a blue anodised aluminium plate, all-metal gears and a tightly sealed differential, it delivers maximum durability and efficient power transfer.

Extreme Heavy Duty suspension

The factory-installed HD components – axle carriers, caster blocks and steering blocks – are reinforced for ultimate strength. Together with suspension arms in Traxxas’ strongest composite material, this is the toughest 2WD suspension ever fitted to a Slash.

Clipless body system

The clever clipless system makes battery changes quick and easy. The strong latches hold the body securely in place but release in seconds – with no traditional clips at all.
