4-Tec 2.0 VXL 4WD chassis with TQi and TSM – without body, battery and charger

Do you already have a favourite 200 mm body, a battery in the drawer and a charger on the bench? Then this rolling 1/10 4-Tec 2.0 VXL chassis is for you. You get the car 100 % assembled with a Velineon 3500 brushless motor, waterproof VXL-3s ESC and a factory-adjusted TQi 2.4 GHz radio – and you choose the body, battery and charger yourself. On 3S LiPo with optional gearing it hits approx. 112 km/h (approx. 70 mph). That is fast!

All four wheels are driven via shafts, all the time, and the race-proven sealed differentials make sure the power gets down onto the tarmac. Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) corrects the steering when the rear end wants to go somewhere other than you – and you can turn TSM up, down or off entirely with the multi-function knob on the TQi transmitter or in the Traxxas Link app. The low fibre-composite monocoque chassis keeps the centre of gravity down, the adjustable steel turnbuckles and steering links let you fine-tune the geometry, and the front bumper has a high approach angle so the nose does not catch. Waterproof electronics mean rain is no excuse to stay indoors.

It is also nice to look at: replica wheels with detailed wheel nuts (patent pending), replica brake discs on standard 12 mm hex and red brake callipers that you can mount at the front or rear of the disc, as you prefer. The tyres are VXL-rated high-speed Response tyres, so they keep up when you gear up. At Hobbyviking we think it is the cool way to build your own touring car – without having to assemble it yourself.
