Do you have an older Traxxas nitro model with the old TRX Pro .15 sitting in the garage? Then you do not need to buy a whole new car to get the newer TRX 2.5 Racing Engine under the body. This kit from Traxxas supplies the parts needed to bring your model up to full TRX 2.5 spec — header, pipe, pipe hanger, coupler and linkage, plus the extra components that suit your particular model.

Do you need to spend a whole weekend with the screwdriver? No! The larger parts come pre-assembled and pre-adjusted from the factory, so in practice you simply bolt them on. Detailed instructions are included in the box, so you are well supported all the way. It is clever — and it gives the old car a new lease of life!

Please note: The TRX 2.5 Racing Engine itself (model 5207) is sold separately, so make sure you have it ready before you start.
