The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey – Weta Workshop hobbit hole 36 Bagshot Row (blue door)
As varied as the rosy-cheeked hobbits themselves, each smial reflects the personality of its owner and sits snugly in the hillside amid a sea of green. If Bilbo Baggins turned right out of his gate, he passed number 36 Bagshot Row – the lovely home with the blue door that belongs to one of Hobbiton's keenest flower gardeners, with a front garden full of pots of colourful flowers.
The miniature is an exact replica of the film set from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, which can be visited at Hobbiton in New Zealand. With its flat back and shallow depth it fits nicely on mantelpieces, ledges, bookshelves and windowsills.
