Shipping policy

4. Delivery

Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. The shipping cost, shipping method and estimated delivery time to your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Stock status and estimated delivery time are also shown on each product page. Items that we order in from a supplier have a longer delivery time.

We deliver to most countries, but some items or brands may be excluded, or shipping may not be possible. This applies, for example, to dangerous goods such as LiPo batteries and nitro fuel, which are subject to special transport rules. If an item cannot be shipped to you, we will contact you and refund the amount for that item.

If the delivery is delayed, we will contact you. If the delay is substantial, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get back what you have paid.

Please check the parcel when you receive it. If it is visibly damaged, take photos of the damage to the packaging and the item, and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within a few days.
