What is a trimaran?
If you love ships, you probably already know, but if you have not come across the term before: a trimaran is a vessel with three hulls, where the main hull is supported by two side hulls connected above the waterline.

Merihobus is a highly realistic mini model that includes all the usual details such as winches, rigging and hull design.

The body of the sailing boat is built in a "skeleton" style to give a good view of both the mechanism and the design of the boat, including details such as bulkheads, frames and beams. The rear rudder blade is controlled by the ropes, which run through the pontoons to the helm wheel at the stern.

And of course you must not miss the finishing touch – a small seahorse carved into the bow of the boat. This curious sea creature, also known as merihobus, gave your boat its name.

Like all other Ugears models, the Merihobus trimaran comes with detailed assembly instructions in several languages, and everything you need for the project is in the pack. No glue or special tools are needed.
