Blade 330 S RTF Basic – Collective Pitch RC Helicopter with SAFE and Spektrum DXS

The Blade 330 S RTF Basic is a beginner-friendly collective pitch RC helicopter for pilots who want to take the step into CP flying and gradually progress towards aerobatics and 3D. SAFE technology, progressive flight modes and Panic Recovery provide electronic assistance while you learn, while the collective pitch rotor system offers the potential for advanced flying as your experience grows.

This RTF Basic version comes fully assembled with a 7-channel Spektrum DXS DSMX 2.4GHz transmitter and Spektrum Smart technology. A flight battery and charger are not included, so you can choose a suitable Spektrum Smart G2 Powerstage Air Bundle or a compatible battery and charger separately.

SAFE Makes Collective Pitch Easier to Learn

SAFE technology helps make the move to a collective pitch helicopter more manageable. The system offers electronic assistance and self-levelling, while the progressive flight modes let you gradually use more of the helicopter's potential.

Progressive Flight Modes

• Stability Mode: Self-levelling and limited bank angle for more stable, manageable flight
• 3D Mode: Allows flips, rolls and other 3D manoeuvres

Panic Recovery

If you lose orientation or get into a difficult situation, Panic Recovery can be activated at the press of a button. The function quickly helps the helicopter back towards a level attitude.

Collective Pitch for Aerobatics and Inverted Flight

The 330 S uses a collective pitch rotor system designed with the right balance between control and manoeuvrability for learning aerobatics. Once your skills are in place, the model can be used for inverted flight, flips, rolls and other 3D manoeuvres.

Spektrum DXS DSMX 2.4GHz Transmitter

The RTF Basic version includes a 7-channel Spektrum DXS transmitter with DSMX 2.4GHz technology. The transmitter offers full-range control, an interference-resistant DSMX link and support for advanced telemetry.

Spektrum Smart Telemetry

The 330 S is equipped with Spektrum Smart technology. When using the included DXS or a compatible Smart transmitter, the pilot can see the flight battery voltage during flight.

Brushless Main Motor

The high-performance brushless main motor is part of a simple and efficient drive system that contributes to the helicopter's low weight and responsive flight characteristics.

Belt-Driven Tail Rotor

The belt-driven tail rotor is designed for precise tail control and stable heading control. The system gives the crisp response needed as your flying progresses from basic manoeuvres to aerobatics.

Digital Servos with Metal Gears

The swashplate is controlled by fast digital cyclic servos with metal gears. The robust construction is combined with precise, responsive control for both normal flying and more demanding manoeuvres.

Robust Construction

The 330 S has a reinforced composite frame and a robust tail rotor. The main rotor blades are made from impact-resistant ABS, and the reinforced construction is designed to withstand the stresses that come with training and advanced flying.

High Visibility

The striking canopy is combined with bright main rotor blades and a clearly visible tail, which makes it easier to read the helicopter's orientation in flight.

Fully Assembled RTF Basic

The Blade 330 S comes fully assembled, so no building work is needed before flying. The RTF Basic version includes the Spektrum DXS transmitter, but the flight battery and charger must be bought separately.
