In model building, cotton swabs are often used for painting and applying decals – but supermarket cotton swabs have loosely wound tips that quickly lose their shape. Tamiya Craft Cotton Swabs have tightly wound cotton and are far better suited to hobby use.

They are industrial grade and do not fray as easily when wet or dipped in solvent – so fewer go to waste. Perfect for applying decals and panel lines, for fine detail and weathering on small areas, and for applying Weathering Master colours as realistic rust spots.
