CROSSRC EMO XX2 1/5 Crawler - Brushless RTR kit

The CROSSRC EMO XX2 is another hardcore addition to the popular Big Dinosaur series, building on the legacy of the original "big dinosaur" that kick-started the climbing scene. This 1/5 pickup crawler has modern, angular off-road pickup styling that looks strong and dominant even when standing still. The car comes factory-fitted with a full package of modifications, so you get top equipment without further investment.

The chassis is built on a 2.5 mm thick steel-plate frame, formed with 100 tonnes of pressure, giving a robust and flexible balance between strength and toughness. The axles, beams and links are made from imported nylon with a special formula for maximum durability. The model has a low centre of gravity for stability on steep climbs, reinforced suspension mounts to withstand impacts and tearing, and a self-balancing slider mechanism that makes dismantling and flat storage easy.

Power is delivered through a dual transmission with all-metal gears and gearing, while the strong geared portal axle combination gives up to 5 degrees of Ackermann angle and 8 degrees of inward/outward tilt for precise and stable steering at high speed. The car is fitted with CROSSRC's first rear weight-balanced link for more precise control, and the front/rear differential locks and gearbox shifting are operated by servos with full throw and intelligent overload protection. The 26 mm aluminium CNC shock absorbers have adjustable preload and a maximum stroke of 40 mm, while ROCK BREAKER "Crack Rock Roar" MT tyres with strong lugs give good grip on any surface.

A dedicated semi-trailer (T010) is also available for the EMO XX2. It can be fitted and removed quickly without tools. With the trailer hitched, the complete setup reaches up to 2.4 metres in length (car 0.88 m + trailer 0.44 m), and the trailer can easily be packed into the pickup bed when not in use – perfect for transport scenarios and for simply showing off the huge scale.
