DJI Care Refresh for DJI Osmo Pocket 3 (one-year plan)

DJI Care Refresh is a service plan that, for a small fee, replaces damaged equipment with a new or equivalent product. Among other things, it covers damage from collisions and contact with water. The plan gives you two replacements within one year.

The plan can be activated at any time – after 30 days, however, you need to send DJI a verification video. You activate it on DJI's support page with the code, the device's serial number and your details. In the event of damage, you send the equipment to DJI's service centre in Germany, stating that it is covered by DJI Care Refresh.
