DJI Care Refresh is a service plan that, for a small fee, replaces damaged equipment with a new or equivalent product. Among other things, it covers damage from collisions and contact with water. The plan gives you two replacements within one year.

The plan can be activated within 30 days after the device is first activated. You activate the code on DJI's support page using the code, the device's serial number and your details. If damage occurs, you send the equipment to DJI's service centre in Germany, stating that it is covered by DJI Care Refresh.
