DJI Care Refresh for DJI RS 4 Mini (two-year plan)

DJI Care Refresh is a service plan that, for a small fee, replaces damaged equipment with a new or equivalent product. Among other things, it covers damage from collisions and contact with water. The plan gives you two replacements per year for two years.

The plan can be activated at any time – after 30 days, however, you must send DJI a verification video. You activate the code on DJI's support page with the code, the device's serial number and your details. In the event of damage, you send the equipment to DJI's service centre in Germany, stating that it is covered by DJI Care Refresh.
