Tamiya fine engraving blade 0.5 mm

Crisp panel lines or your own details cut into the surface: engraving has become popular among modellers, and Tamiya now gives the experienced modeller a great tool for it. The blade is made of tungsten carbide and produces a smooth, even line. It is available in 4 widths, so you can choose the one that suits the job.

Hold the blade at an angle of 45 to 60 degrees and draw it lightly across the surface. Repeat until the line is clearly defined. It is that simple.
