Liquid masking for Lexan bodies

Bittydesign Liquid Mask is a ready-to-use, water-based masking fluid for painting Lexan and polycarbonate bodies. It makes it easy to create precise paint designs and is especially handy on edges, curves and areas with complex shapes, where traditional masking tape can be difficult to work with.

Liquid Mask is applied directly to the body and dries quickly. Once the mask is dry, it becomes semi-transparent, which makes it easier to follow drawn lines and cut precisely with a hobby knife. It also reduces wear on the blade compared with traditional masking film.

Precise airbrush painting

The liquid mask helps to stop paint from seeping under the masking, so you can achieve sharp, precise transitions between colours. When the work is finished, the mask is removed without the adhesive residue that traditional masking tape can leave behind.

The product is ready to use and does not need to be thinned. The water-based formula is solvent-free and can be used both in the workshop and at home.

• A precision knife/hobby knife to cut the design into the dry mask
