Racing Green Tamiya PS spray paint for Lexan and polycarbonate bodies

Tamiya PS-22 Racing Green is a spray paint developed specifically for clear Lexan and polycarbonate bodies on remote-controlled cars. The paint is applied to the inside of the body, so the polycarbonate itself protects the finish against scratches and everyday knocks while driving.

The PS series is designed for flexible polycarbonate bodies and copes with the movement and vibration an RC body is exposed to. Once cured, the paint is also resistant to oil and fuel, so it can be used on bodies for fuel-powered RC cars as well.

How to use the paint

• Clean and degrease the inside of the body thoroughly
• Mask windows and areas that will be painted in other colours
• Paint the inside of the Lexan/polycarbonate body
• Hold the spray can approx. 30 cm from the surface while spraying
• Apply several thin coats for an even result
• Let the paint dry between coats
