Aluminium wheel washers – black (4 pcs.) for Maxx Slash

Building your own wheels for the Maxx Slash? Then this is the small detail that completes the set. These four wheel washers are part of the Traxxas Pro Scale® Aluminum Wheel System — the system that gives you maximum freedom to put together custom wheels for both the Maxx Slash® and the Unlimited Desert Racer®. Choose wheel centers, choose rings, and finish with the washers. The whole range fits together, so you can mix and match until it looks exactly the way you want.

The washers are machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and anodised black, so they match the rest of your black aluminium parts and keep their colour even when the wheels take a beating. Is there anything you need to watch out for? YES — two things: if you drive an Unlimited Desert Racer, use part 8549 instead, because these washers do not fit it. And if you have fitted 8950X steel CV driveshafts to your Maxx Slash, you do not need the washers at all — they are not required there. Good to know before you put them in your basket!

• Step 1: Start with pre-glued tyre sets (2 sets needed)
• Step 2: Choose a pair of aluminium wheel centers (2 sets needed)
• Step 3: Choose a set of aluminium beadlock rings (1 set)
• Step 4: Finish with a set of aluminium wheel washers (1 set)
