Aluminium chassis brace – orange

Sound familiar? The car takes off from the ramp, hangs beautifully in the air – and then lands so flat on its belly that the whole chassis flexes. That is exactly where this heavy-duty chassis brace from Traxxas makes the difference. It is made of thick, extruded aluminium with an oval shape, which gives significantly more torsional stiffness than a round profile. The result is a chassis that does not twist and flex on hard landings, but keeps its shape.

If you drive at the skatepark, on a race track or on big ramps, your Slash 4X4 or Rustler 4X4 is exposed to loads that the chassis is not too keen on. With this brace you get structural strength for exactly that kind of punishment – jump after jump, without the car going "soft" along the way. That is clever!

It is anodised in a bold orange (Traxxas makes it in four colours in total), so it both works hard and dresses up the underside. Fits the low-CG version of the Slash 4X4 and all Rustler 4X4 models.
