Traxxas UDR 4WD desert racer RTR with LED lights – Fox orange

Have you seen the real Trophy Trucks fly across the desert with their wheels sticking out to the sides? That is exactly the feeling the UDR gives you. The chassis is a scale-accurate replica of a four-wheel-drive desert race truck, and the rear end sits on a solid axle with 4-link suspension – just like the full-size trucks. The suspension travel is enormous, so driving over jumps, holes and ruts looks like what you see on YouTube, and not just a toy car bouncing around. We at Hobbyviking are quite excited about how well Traxxas has captured the look and feel of both Trophy Trucks and Unlimited Trick Trucks.

And the speed? On 6s LiPo it does approx. 80 km/h – on 4s approx. 48 km/h, if you want to get used to it first. The brushless 2200kV motor and the Velineon VXL-6s speed controller provide the punch, while the TSM stability management in the receiver helps you keep the nose straight when things get wild. This version comes in the Fox colours with orange, and the LED kit is fitted from the start. That is handy – you can keep driving after the sun goes down!

The UDR is Traxxas' Pro-Scale thinking in practice: scale-accurate details, but built to be driven hard. It is RTR, so the radio and maintenance tools are ready in the box. The skill level is 5 – this is a car for you if you have some experience and want the big thrill.
