Discover the iconic Volkswagen Type 166, developed for the Wehrmacht as a further development of the KdF car and the Type 82. This durable vehicle is the most produced Schwimmwagen and combines unrivalled manoeuvrability on both land and water, which even its wartime opponents recognised. In modern off-road competitions, the VW Schwimmwagen still proves its effectiveness, outshining even today's advanced machines thanks to its light weight. More than 14,000 units were produced between autumn 1942 and summer 1944 at the Volkswagen factory near Fallersleben.

The latest version includes a drive shaft made of improved polycarbonate material, ensuring increased durability and reliability.
