The FMS PA-18 Super Cub is a reliable classic in RC flying. With its 130 cm wingspan, it keeps all the well-known stable and easy-flying characteristics of the larger 170 cm version – but in a size that fits in the boot of your car. The two-piece fuselage and wing make transport and assembly incredibly straightforward, and you have a fully working trainer ready to fly in just 10 minutes.

Equipped with working flaps, a highly efficient wing and rugged landing gear with oversized wheels, the Super Cub has impressive STOL capabilities (short take-off and landing). This means the plane can operate from practically any terrain – field, beach, gravel or grass. With its weight of around 1450 grams and a 3536 motor with 850 KV, the plane is stable and easy to control, even for beginners. Flight time is around 5 minutes per battery. The PA-18 can also be fitted with floats for a real bush plane adventure.
