Deluxe Materials AD19 - Fusion 70ml

Strongest acrylic adhesive for combinations of GRP, metal and wood and nearly all plastics such as PVC, styrene, acetate, acrylic.

Extremely useful for bonding in high stress parts such as engine mounts, bulkheads, metal fasteners onto polyester, epoxy or carbon fibre GRP.

Application note: the Fusion adhesive is a very good substitute for the now discontinued Stabilit Express from Henkel!

AD19 Liquid – Hazard statements:

• H225: Highly flammable liquid and vapour.
• H315: Causes skin irritation.
• H317: May cause an allergic skin reaction.
• H335: May cause respiratory irritation.

AD19 Liquid – Precautionary statements:

• P210: Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking.
• P261: Avoid breathing vapours. P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
• P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container as hazardous waste in accordance with local, state or national regulations. Incinerate under approved, controlled conditions at facilities suitable for the disposal of flammable organic substances.

AD19 Liquid – Contains:

• Methyl methacrylate: > 97.5% (w/w)
• N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine: < 2.5%

AD19 Powder – Hazard statements:

• May cause an allergic reaction.

AD19 Powder – Contains:

• Methyl methacrylate, dibenzoyl peroxide: 1–5%
