Excel Blades K26 Fit Grip Knife comes equipped with a super sharp #11 double honed blade and a shatter resistant safety cap. Want to switch out your #11 blade for a #10 curved edge blade, or one of the other 9 compatible blades, here is how you do it. Place your index finger on the flat edge of the blade. Be careful because the blades are sharp. Next twist the knurl on the bottom of the handle towards you to loosen the 4 jaw aluminum chuck. Then, push the knurl up to release the chuck and blade from the handle. Carefully take our the old blade and place the new blade inside the chuck. Place your index finger on the flat edge of the blade again and twist the knurl on the bottom of the knife away from you to tighten the chuck. You now have a new fresh blade and you are ready to cut!
